『安格斯牛中LV之王』-美國1855
創立於1855年的美國百年品牌,只選擇美國農業部(USDA)評鑑的最高等級的Prime與高階Choice的安格斯黑牛,每一階段都是經過嚴格的品質把關。1855牛肉皆有經過很重要的階段-濕式熟成,所以肉質非常的嫩,有更濃郁的牛肉香氣與風味。
牛肋條來自於肋脊部和牛小排、肋眼是同一個部位,脂肪含量較高且有韌性,吃起來的口感比較軟嫩多汁且不乾澀。長時間燉煮之後的肉質非常美味,有極高嫩度且油花分布均勻。
美國牛肋條油脂較多且更軟嫩比紐澳牛肋條不耐煮,可以把烹煮時間縮短一些,因此除了燉煮之外,也可以直接乾煎、燒烤,只需撒上玫瑰鹽即可享用。
