美國特選白金帶骨牛小排
牛小排位於肋脊部,取自牛的肋脊第6至第8根部位之間,又分為「帶骨牛小排」和「無骨牛小排」,兩者口感略有不同。
牛小排的油脂含量豐富且肉質結實,油花分布均勻,是台灣人十分喜愛的部位,但是價格也比較昂貴一些,通常算是老饕等級的顧客才會選擇此部位的人。
帶骨牛小排非常適合炭烤和燒烤建議烤至全熟,並不用甚麼技巧,只要將骨頭附近的筋膜烤得焦焦的,咬下去就會有撲鼻的香氣,口感也是非常的酥脆。
